Whole Gain Sdn. Bhd. was founded by Mr. Loy Chee Soon in 2005 operating from Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru as Managing Director. The company has successfully completed various aluminum & glazing works for numerous prestigious office buildings, high-end residential condominiums, shopping complexes, hotels, resorts and bungalows. He has a strong background from various technical positions in aluminum glass construction companies both locally and Singapore.

In year 2015, Mr. Chin Kok Choi joined in as a Head of Technical Department. He has a strong root in Singapore and Johor Bahru markets for more than 20 years. He is specializing in field of architectural steel structure works.

Subsequently, Shaun Chew KM joined in as Head of Sales & Marketing in 2017. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Charisma University in January 2021 and pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. He started his career with Ann Joo Trading Sdn. Bhd. (wholly subsidiary of Ann Joo Resources Berhad) as a Sales Representative in 1997 and remained with Ann Joo Trading Sdn. Bhd. until 2007 where he left as a Sales Manager. He joined Adricon Resources Sdn. Bhd. in 2007 as a Sales Manager. In 2009 he resigned to venture on his own business as a Director in One Building Materials Sdn. Bhd. Subsequently he joined Whole Gain Sdn. Bhd. in 2017 as Head of Sales & Marketing to develop new concept of Modular Construction System for workers’ accommodation (CLQ) thru out Malaysia.
